Only products confirmed with manufacturing quality defects are eligible for return or replacement.

                     1. Return request must be notified to us within the agreed period after goods receipt.

                     2. Buyer shall bear return shipping cost, unless the defect is verified as our manufacturing error.

                     3. Customized / OEM branded products are generally non-returnable.

                     4. Returned goods must be intact, unused and kept with original packaging. Damages caused by improper storage or installation by customers cannot be returned.

                     5. Refund or replacement will be arranged after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
